The following items will be considered by Commissioners' Court for discussion and/or action: The Court may go into Executive Session to discuss legal matters.

ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. The Court to declare a quorum.

2. Consent Agenda:

A. The Court to approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s)

1. Regular Meeting April 09th, 2007

B. Approval of Utility Easements, burial of telephone cables and construction of water distribution facilities.

1. Farmer's Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facility along and across CR 1126, an oil top, which is located approximately 0.4 miles south of FR 4120, Precinct One.

2. Farmers's Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facility along and across CR 1116 an oil top which is located approximately 700 feet east of FM 3389 Precinct One.

3. North Hopkins Water Supply Corporation proposes to place a 4 inch water line across CR 3520 and in Right of Way of CR 3520 approx. 1 mile east of CR 3518 in Precinct 3.

4 Farmers Electric Cooperation, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across CR 2473 an oil top which is located approx 2800 foot south of CR 2174 in Precinct Two.

3. Other County Business

A. The Court to consider approving the monthly reports.

B. The Court to consider approving an amendment to the Hopkins County Employees' salary.

C. The Court to consider approving the minutes for the Civic Center Board Meeting dated February 15th, 2007.

D. The Court to consider approving the purchase of a 924-G Front End Loader to be financed through Guaranty Bond Bank for Precinct 2.

E. The court to consider approving the petition for closure of a portion of Hopkins County Road 2428 in Precinct Two.

F. The Court to review an update for services from NetData with David Graves, NETDATA Corporation, Inc.

G. The Court to meet with Lewis Crain, Rutledge and Crain Company, to present outside audit.

4. The Court will consider and act on payment of bills, revenues and expenses and financial statements.

5. The Court to consider budget amendments and line item transfers.

6. The Court to consider contracts.

A. The Court to consider approving a contract with GEXA Energy as an electric provider.

B. The Court to consider approving an agreement between Hopkins County and Image Tek, Inc. regarding storage for microfilm records.

7. The Court will consider and act on Personnel matters.

8. The Court to consider disposal of asset request.

9. The Court to approve Resolutions and Proclamations.

A. Resolution - Faith Based Prison Complex

B. Proclamation - The American Family Reunion

C. Resolution - Safe Routes to school grants for City of Cumby.

D. Resolution - Authorizing the submission of a Safe Routes to School program grant application on behalf of Saltillo I.S.D.
