The following items will be considered by Commissioners' Court for discussion and/or action: The Court may go into Executive Session to discuss legal matters.

ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. The Court to declare a quorum.

2. Consent Agenda:

A. The Court to approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s).

1. Special Meeting - December 1, 2006

2. Regular Meeting - December 11, 2006

B. Approval of utility easements, burial of telephone cables and construction of water distribution facilities:

1. The Court to consider a request from Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc, to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 4762 an oil top road, which is located approx. 1.6 miles north of FM 2285 in Hopkins County, Precinct 4.

2. The Court to consider a request from Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc. to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 2428 an oil top road, which is located approx 0.4 miles or 2112 feet west of County Road 2427 in Hopkins County, Texas, Precinct 2.

3. The Court to consider a request from Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc. to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 2339 an oil top, which is located approx 1.08 miles or 9504 feet southwest of Hwy 11 in Hopkins County, Texas, Precinct 2.

4. The Court to consider a request from North Hopkins Water Supply Corporation to construct a (1) inch PVC water main across County Road 3512 in Hopkins County for James Allen located approx 0.4 mile east of FM 3236 Precinct 3.

3. Other County Business:

A. The Court to review monthly reports for County Offices.

B. The Court to meet with Mr. Tony Douglas, District Extension Administrator for Texas Cooperative Extension, District IV, to request approval for the position of County Extension Agent - 4-H and Youth Development - for Hopkins County.

C. The Court to consider approving a request to reimburse costs of land acquisition in Precinct 1 and Hwy 11 Right-A-Way.

D. The Court to renew health insurance with Hibbs-Hallmark & Company

E. The Court to consider a request from Teen Court for use of Courthouse to hold meetings.

4. The Court will consider and act on payment of bills, revenues and expenses and financial statements.

5. The Court to consider budget amendments and line item transfers.

6. The Court to consider contracts.

7. The Court will consider and act on personnel matters.

8. The Court to consider disposal of asset request.

A. Disposal of assets from the County Clerk's Office.

9. The Court to approve resolutions and proclamations.

A. The Court to approve resolution supporting the creation of the NETMOB (NETMOB) Regional Mobility Authority.

10. The Court to consider Citizens' comments.

11. The Court to adjourn.

Commissioner's court will provide assistance to the physically and hearing-impaired if notice is given to said Court 48 hours prior to each scheduled meeting date.
