2. The Court to meet with Mrs. Dottie Ford, Civic Center Manager and Mrs. Pansy Bell, Civic Center Promotion & Tourism Manager to discuss the Civic Center Managers' Monthly report.
3. The Court to adjourn.

Commissioner's court will provide assistance to the physically and hearing-impaired if notice is given to said Court 48 hours prior to each scheduled meeting date.
