The following items will be considered by Commissioners' Court for discussion and/or action: The Court may go into Executive Session to discuss legal matters.
ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. The Court to declare a quorum.
2. Consent Agenda:
A. The Court to approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s)

B. Approval of utility easements, burial of telephone cables and construction of water distribution facilities:
1. Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 3514 A Rock Road, which is located approx 0.6 mils west of FM 69 in Hopkins County, Texas.
3. Other County Business:
A. The Court to approve minutes of Hopkins County Civic Center Board meetings dated:
1. November 09, 2006
2. November 16, 2006
B. The Court to consider acting on bids for PPE Gear for Fire Department pursuant to the County Purchasing Act.
C. The Court to consider the question about platting of property to adjust or change the property lines which separate their respective tracts.
D. The Court to consider the monthly reports from the County Offices.
E. The Court to consider an agreement between Hopkins County Commissioners' Court and Teen Court of Hopkins County, Inc.
F. The Court to consider authorizing County Judge to enter into an agreement with Shady Grove Water Supply Corp. regarding the terms of the STEP Grant received in the amount of $191,805.00 by the County from the Office of Rural Community Affairs for water improvements on behalf of Shady Grove Water Supply Corp.
4. The Court will consider and act on payment of bills, revenues and expenses and financial statements.
5. The Court to consider budge amendments and line item transfers.
6. The Court to consider contracts.
7. The Court will consider and act on personnel matters.
8. The Court to consider disposal of asset request.
9. The Court to approve Resolutions and Proclamations.
A. The Court to consider a Resolution amending authorized representative with Tex Pool Participant Service.
B. The Court to consider a resolution of Hopkins County in support of increased appropriations for the Texas Cooperative Extension's Wildlife Services Unit for the 2008-2009 biennium for additional manpower and equipment for the expressed purpose of Beaver and Feral Hog Management Control in Northeast Texas.
C. The Court to consider a resolution to allow the county Fire Department to inspect County owned buildings outside the city limits of Sulphur Springs.
10. The Court to consider citizens' comments.
11. The Court to adjourn.
