ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. The Court to declare a quorum.

2. Consent agenda:

A. The Court to approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s).

B. Approval of utility easements, burial of telephone cables and construction of water distribution facilities:

1. Farmer's Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facility along and across CR 3351, an oil top, which is located approximately 1507 feet south of CR 3344, precinct 3.

2. Farmer's Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting permission to construct electrical power distribution facility along and across CR 3532 an oil top which is located approximately 3218 feet north of CR 3528 Precinct 3.

3. Other county business:

A. The Court to consider approving the monthly reports.

B. The Court to consider approving a waiver of the permit fee for an upgrade to the septic system at Brinker VFD Fire Station.

C. The Court to consider the execution of an agreement to contribute funds with the Department of Transportation on a proposed project on State Highway 154 in Hopkins County from Wood County line to 0.24 miles south of TCR 363 (CHR1104).

D. The Court to consider approving the minutes of the Hopkins County Civic Center Complex's previous meeting(s).
