- The Court to meet with Ms. Dottie Ford, Civic Center Manager and Ms. Pansy Bell, Civic Center Promotion & Tourism Manager to discuss the Civic Center Managers' Monthly Report.

ORDER OF BUSINESS
- The Court to meet with Mr. Gary Cheatwood from NetData to review the Hopkins County's Web site proposal and the contract with Graves, Humphries and Stahl, Ltd. (GHS) for Court fees and fines collection services.
Commissioner's court will provide assistance to the
physically and hearing-impaired if notice is given to said Court
48 hours prior to each scheduled meeting date.
