The following items will be considered by Commissioners' Court for discussion and/or action: The Court may go into Executive Session to discuss legal matters.

ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. The Court to declare a quorum.

2. Consent Agenda

A. The Court to approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s)

B. Approval of utility easements, burial of telephone cables and construction of water distribution facilities:

3. Other County Business

A. The Court to swear in the new Firemen for Hopkins County.

B. The Court to consider approving the Hopkins County Civic Center Board Meeting minutes dated September 21, 2006

C. The Court to consider approving a request from Pansy Bolton, Sulphur Springs Superintendent, for utilization of paved parking lot located between Prim Stadium and the Hopkins County Civic Center Pavilion.

D. The Court to consider approving Judge Cletis Millsap the authority to sign a property acquisition for Precinct 1.

E. The Court to consider approving an interlocal agreement to enable the County Fire Department to purchase uniforms.

F. The Court to review the monthly reports from all county offices.

G. The Court to consider approving an interlocal agreement between Hopkins County and the City of Sulphur Springs for mutual Fire Protection.

H. The Court to consider a one time exemption to the Hopkins County platting procedures and subdivision regulations.

4. The Court will consider and act on payment of bills, revenues and expenses and financial statements.

5. The Court to consider budget amendments and line item transfers.

6. The Court to consider contracts.

7. The Court will consider and act on personnel matters.

8. The Court to consider disposal of asset request.

9. The Court to approve Resolutions and Proclamations.

A. Texas Association of Home Care (TAHC)

B. Appointment to the Hopkins County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

10. The Court to consider citizens' comments.

11. The Court to adjourn.

Commissioner's court will provide assistance to the physically and hearing-impaired if notice is given to said Court 48 hours prior to each scheduled meeting date.
