A. The Court to consider action on bids on Job Order Contracting, RFP # 2008-003 pursuant to the County Purchasing Act.

B. The Court to consider a resolution confirming the filing of a FEMA fiscal year 2008 Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) or Repetitive Flood Claims (RFC) Grant Programs.

C. The Court to consider approving the new rates and policies booklet for the Hopkins County Civic Center.
