(a) The Court to Consider Approving a Request from Farmers Electric Cooperative to Construct Electrical Power Distribution Facilities Along and Across County Road 2322 Located 312' North of County Road 2324 in Precinct 2.

(b) The Court to Consider Approving a Request from Farmers Electric Cooperative to Construct Electrical Power Distribution Facilities Along and Across County Road 2321 Located Approx. 2532' North of CR 2326 in Precinct 2.

3) Other County Business

i) The Court to Consider Acting on Bids for Cabling, Phone System Upgrade and Routers and Installation for 911 System Pursuant to the Purchasing Act.

ii) The Court to Consider Acting on Bids for the Sale of a 2002 F150 Truck Pursuant to the Purchasing Act.

iii) The Court to Consider Acting on Bids for Park Lease, Brashear, Texas Pursuant to the Purchasing Act.

iv) The Court to Read Into the Minutes and Recognize Judge Cletis Millsap and Mr. Jimmy Duncan, Maintenance for Their Attendance at the Texas Courthouse Stewardship Workshop.

v) The Court to Consider Renewing a Contract with Hall Oil Company, Inc. for Gasoline and Diesel Fuel per Terms of the Contract.

4) The Court will Consider and Act on Payment of Bills, Revenues and Expenses and Financial Statements.

5) The Court to Consider Budget Amendments and Line Item Transfers.

6) The Court to Consider Contracts.

7) The Court will Consider and Act on Personnel Matter

11) The Court to Meet to go into Executive Session in Accordance with Texas Government Code, Section(s) 551.071 and 55.072 When the Governmental Body May Conduct a Consultation with its Attorney to Discuss Land Acquisition and Appraisal on Property.

12) The Court to Possibly Act on Subject Discussed in Executive Session.
