2. The Court to Meet to go into Executive Session in Accordance with Texas Government Code, Section(s) 551.071 and 551.072 When the Governmental Body May Conduct a Consultation with its Attorney to Discuss Land Acquisition and Appraisal on Property.
3. The Court to Possibly Act on Subject Discussed in Executive Session.
