3. Approval of Utility Easements, Burial of Telephone Cables and Construction of Water Distribution Facilities
A. The Court to approve North Hopkins Water Supply Corporations Proposal to Cross Country Road 3567 with a 1 inch PVC Water Line in 2 Locations for Sam Leatherwood.
B. The Court to approve North Hopkins Water Supply Corporations proposal to run a 2 Inch Water Main in the Right of Way of County Road 3510 for approximately 300 feet and to cross County Road 3510 at this location.
C. The Court to consider approving a request from Farmers Electric Cooperative to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 4129 in Precinct 4.
D. The Court to consider approving a request from Farmers Electric Cooperative to construct electrical power distribution facilities along and across County Road 4591 in Precinct 4.
E. The Court to amend the 2008 Holiday Calendar.
