- The Court to meet with Mr. Roger Feagley to discuss establishing a Reinvestment Zone and Tax Abatement Agreement between Hopkins County and Fred and Gina Raine DBA Raine Tank and Fabrication and a Tax Abatement Agreement between Hopkins County and GSC Enterprises, Inc/DBA Fidelity Express.
