Welcome to the Hopkins County Elections Office! I am honored to serve as the Elections Administrator for Hopkins County.

My goal is to ensure that every election is conducted with integrity, accuracy, transparency, and professionalism, while providing every voter with helpful, respectful, and accessible service.

As Elections Administrator, I oversee voter registration, early voting and Election Day operations, election equipment and testing, election worker training, ballot-by-mail processes, and the many behind-the-scenes responsibilities required to conduct secure and successful elections.

I am committed to continuing my education in Texas election law and election administration so that our office remains informed, prepared, and ready to serve our community.

Most importantly, I want the Hopkins County Elections Office to be a place where voters feel welcome and comfortable asking questions. Whether you are registering to vote, requesting a ballot by mail, looking for your polling location, or simply have a question about the election process, we are here to help.

Assistant Elections Administrator

Leora Bouyssou serves as the Assistant Elections Administrator for the Hopkins County Elections Office, working alongside the Elections Administrator to help ensure elections are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Texas election law.

In her role, Leora assists with voter registration, election preparation, early voting and Election Day operations, election worker support, ballot-by-mail processes, and the day-to-day responsibilities of the Elections Office.

Leora is committed to providing friendly, professional, and dependable service to the voters of Hopkins County. She works to make sure voters have the information and assistance they need while helping our office maintain an organized and successful election process.

She is proud to serve the Hopkins County community and be part of an office dedicated to integrity, accuracy, transparency, and excellent voter service.
